Within our latest projects we've been managing the RUP methodology applying several iterations during the elaboration and construction phase.
This methodology helped our customers to be flexible in delivery. As requirements can change over time the RUP methodology is ready to anticipate on this. In several project we were able to show in an early stage what the customer can expect.
